Director, cinematographer and author Susanne Kellermann takes a very personal look at her husband Fritz Wepper. When he receives a serious cancer diagnosis in spring 2020, Susanne Kellermann begins to follow his everyday life and his work during the filming of the final episodes of "For Heaven's Sake".
