Edward Young-min Kwon

Kwon Young Min, also known professionally as Edward Kwon, is a South Korean chef, YouTuber, and businessman. He graduated from Bukpyeong High School and later obtained an associate's degree in Hotel Culinary Arts from Yeongdong College. He wanted to attend a Catholic theological college, but his grandmother opposed. He found a part-time job as a waiter at a Western-style restaurant and discovered the joy of cooking. He worked in the United States, China, and later served as the head chef at the Burj Al Arab Hotel in the United Arab Emirates until 2008. He is now the Dean of the School of Food Service Industry at Seoul Modern College and chef at Soban Korea.
